What beautiful weather we had today, now that my tan is developing nicely I am feeling very inspired to wear a lot of white and I can't think of a better match for white then these amazing suede L.A.M.B Quintessa Twist sandals. The stills don't really do them justice so I added images of them being worn. The light grey are my fave!

All Grown Up

Emma Watson really has done a stellar job of growing up. Well done her. Great head on her shoulders, a wonderful sense of style not to mention a lucrative contract with Burberry and she's studying for her degree at Brown University. 


Love this dress with the three bow Louboutins, tough with just a touch of femme thrown in. Good job girl!

Happy Friday! I hope everyone is in good spirits for the long weekend. Work has been kicking my ass for the last two weeks, so much so, that I have never been more ready to let my hair down and put my party shoes on. Check out these Gianmarco Lorenzi Disco Ball heels, I don't think a shoe could be more perfect for dancing the night away. Now if only I'd excepted those invitations to hit Vegas this weekend.

When I saw these Paule Ka Wedges on Instyle.com's 'We're Obsessed' I instantly fell in lust. I would love to see how these beauties look on the foot, mainly my feet but that's not happening anytime soon. I wonder if they come in any other colors?

Jimmy Choo Zoom $1,195

Vanessa Hudgens wore these Jimmy Choo 'Zoom' heels yesterday to an LG event in Hollywood. The shoes from the SS10 collection are made from Elaphe, Eel and err Rooster? Interesting. The Choo web blurb invites us to, 'embrace our wildside'. Grrrr indeed.

In a side note, one of my fave Jimmy's to date is the SS09 'Corsica'. Here is a rubbish pic of me taken in my bf's old house wearing a pair in Foundation. Sadly, this was just a press sample so I had to give them back. Boo hoo hoo.

PS. Pls ignore the remnant of a stuffed monkey in the corner of the image. Pomapoos can be vicious.
PPS. If someone knows where I can get a Corsica in Foundation/Nude (37) please do let me know.

What do you get when you mix yellow, gray and white?

An effin' hot shoe, that's what! The dress/shoe combo that SJP wore to last nights SATC2 premiere reminded me of some wedges I spotted recently from Pierre Hardy. I really do love a good yellow and gray mix but of course Pierre has gone and spoiled us all with not one but two other equally desirable color options. Available here for $1,275.

Speaking of Pierre Hardy, has anyone purchased the PH for Gap shoes yet?  If laziness doesn't strike me down this weekend I might just get round to acquiring one of the nude options.

Literally cannot contain my excitement for SATC 2! 

But, um also...OH.HELL.NO. 

Poor designers, it's like the Academy Awards all over again. Damn those long dresses, we want to see some heels pretty please. At least SJP came through for us. Although I'm not entirely loving the shoe choice, (Ferragamo Double Platform Pump-I would have liked to have seen something slightly more delicate with this dress) I am loving the color combo. We also get a peek of Loub on Kristin but c'mon Kim & Cynthia, step it up! Or should that be lift it up? Either way I'm over it already, its our girls after all, how could one stay mad?

I don't want to rain on SJP's parade or anything but these same Ferragamos look so much better on Michelle Williams only because the heavier shoe is better suited to her dress. 

Anyhoo, that's just my opinion. They all look gorgeous!

Today is my anniversary with my beloved. Our 18 month. I know, I know, it isn't a big one but to me it's still special. Anyway we've spent most of the day being pretty low-key but had we ventured out how appropriate would these shoes have been? LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Well actually these Georgina Goodman shoes are called Leon but who am I to split hairs? Gwyneth has worn them too but don't let that put you off. I kid, I kid!

PS. The words 'Made in Love' are written on the sole of each shoe. Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.

Got the Grays

I've been obsessing about grey shoes ever since I saw these pictures of Rachel Bilson wearing Martin Margiela heels on her way to the Crown Bar in LA way back in 2008. I still die over these images, sheer outfit perfection even two years on. Oh to be the Bils.

Anyway, unless you're willing to do some serious Ebay research, getting your hands on a pair is pretty much not going to happen but fret not these beauties from Camilla Skovgaard were built for the job.
